2.Order Management
I placed an order but didn't get a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, reach out to our support team with your name and payment details. we will verify your order and resend the confirmation manually.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can make changes as long as the order hasn't been processed or shipped. Once it leaves our warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to intercept it.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please alert us right away. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

My tracking says "Delivered" but the package is missing. What now?
Please check around your property, with neighbors, or at your building’s front desk/mailbox. If you still cannot locate it, contact us so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

We take our responsibility seriously. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us quickly with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will review the images and arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.

Belle Avenue does not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style or color, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
