1. Return Eligibility (30-Day)
You are welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible, items must fulfill the following criteria:

Free from any damage not present at the time of delivery.
Note: Items showing signs of wear, use, or customer-inflicted damage may be declined. Final sale items and personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our team before shipping any items back to us.

Requirements: Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return label through email which you can print out and send the parcel back to us at our registered address. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives compromised or incorrect, please alert us within 30 days of delivery via support@belleavenue-store.com Please include clear photographs of the issue. You may opt for:

A brand-new replacement item.

A full refund. (Delivery times for replacements vary by location.)
4. Exchanges
We do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you prefer a different product, please follow the return process for your original item and place a separate new order. For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. Restocking Fees
Belle Avenue does not apply any restocking fees to your returns.
6. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled; however, it can be returned according to the guidelines in this policy.
8. Discounts & Promotions
All promotional codes must be entered at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds for forgotten or unused discount codes after an order is placed.
9. Refund Delays
